Foxpaw nodded as Honeyleaf finshed taking about the herbs.

Sunpaw stood nose to nose with him and snapped "Well, even if I was, which I wasn't, I can't ever be with him, even if I wanted to." She stood there, his final words sinking in. Her eyes widened and she stepped back as she realized. She couldn't make words form. Suddenly, all the talking made sense, the accusations of love, the anger and bitterness.

Honeyleaf smiles, "So, am I overloading your brain yet?" She asks with a chuckle.

"I always cared about you!" shouted Sunpaw angrily. "If I didn't care about you, why have I just spent most of today trying to stop you from bleeding out?" Angry tears started to form in her eyes. "Tell me now if I was wasting my time. Tell me now and spare me the hurt later."

I always dropped little hints that I liked you... You never cared to notice." He growls lower. "I should feed myself to the dogs. Die slowly. Painfully." He threatens. "You can be happy with Rainpaw or Foxpaw." His eyes tear up as he turns, stalking toward the twoleg place.
