Quicksand frowned, then it turned into a slight smile. "We'll live," He cuffed the apprentice around the ears with a quiet chuckle, "Haven't you got other apprentice friends to hang out with?".

"Yeah, but I want to stay with you!" Wisppaw exclaimed, shuffling around with her paws for fun. May be boring, but I'm staying, she thought to herself.

"Oh, hey, Robinflight." Pebblefoot greeted her, waving his tail.

"Why? It's no fun hanging around the Medicine den," Quicksand joked, then he settled himself down in the cool moss.

Robinflight payed no attention to the tom and kept her blind lazy eye hidden under her hair. "Hi." And she stared at the ground.

Fallingpaw sat looking at Quicksand, his ginger fur ruffled. "Hey Quicksand! Can I help?"

Stormcloud looked at Willowstrike. They where both deep in the forest. A yelping noise came from a bush and Stormcloud pushed her back. "Willow, stay back, if I go down get help." His blue gaze hard as rock.

Willowstrike jumped backwards, crouching low. She nodded, watching carefully.

"What's wrong? Find red ants in your nest this morning? Because I had nothing to do with that," Pebblefoot joked, but he frowned as he realized she was actually upset. "What's wrong?"

"Because you're my mentor and you're hurt!" Wisppaw meowed, looking up at Quicksand with bright eyes. As she turned to see Fallingpaw, she waved her tail in greeting.

Honeypelt groaned and stirred in her nest, blood trickling down her head.

Quicksand glanced at Fallingpaw. "Fallingpaw, hey. With what?" Then, he smiled, "Perhaps you could keep Wisppaw busy whilst I'm waiting for the Medicine cat?" He, then glanced at Wisppaw again, "It's very flattering that you want to stay, but, I don't want my apprentice getting bored. It'll dampen my reputation!".

Just then a dog hurdles tward them. He pushed Willowstrike from the way. "Run!" He growls, He rears up ready for the dog and jumps on his back.

Fallingpaw waved back smiling. "Here, Swiftwind was supossed to it, but since male medcats can have kits he's been going crazy!"
He gives Quicksand a fresh piece of moss.
Then nods. "Sure, if she doesn't bite me first." He murmers, he didn't know Wisppaw that much.

Robinflight forced a smile. "Nothing, have you seen Falconstrike?"
