Addison couldn't help smiling a little as Tod kissed her cheek, even though she knew the situation right now was tense. "I'll always be here for you," she told him sincerely, "I don't want you to ever feel like you're alone. I don't know how much longer I would've survived school if I hadn't met you, because you helped me see I wasn't alone. Now I want to do the same for you."

Tod
"Thanks," I say quietly, smiling. "Haven't you ever had any friends?" I ask, not sure if I should really bring up this topic, but wanting to know. "I mean, you seem like such a nice girl, why wouldn't you have any friends?"

Addison tensed a little at Tod's question, not quite sure how to tell her story, "Well...you already know about my reputation. That all started after my best friend died in seventh grade, I went into major depression for a few years and that's when I got involved with the wrong people and things...just to get through it," she sighed. "I've never been the same since, no matter how hard I try I can't go back and changed the past. She's not coming back to me..." Adi sniffled, hugging Tod closer.

Tod
I bite my lip, trying to think of something I can say to try and lighten the mood. I hug her back, and kiss the top of her head. "Looks like we're both kind of in the same predicament," I say. "We've both lost someone we loved very much."

[Zoella]

Addison immediatly felt comforted by Tod, just having him here made her feel more secure. "Well at least you seem to have handled it better than I did," she wiped away some stray tears that I escaped from her eyes and run down her cheek. "Thank you," Adi leant up to kiss his cheek, "I don't know what I would do without you. I need someone who understands..."

Tod
Well, I don't know about that, I think to myself in answer to her first remark, but say nothing. "No problem," I say, and smile as she kisses my cheek. "I'm sure you would have been alright without me, but I'm glad I met you anyway."

Addison smiled and shook her head, disagreeing with Tod, but decided to not bring it up anymore. They had each other now and that's all that really mattered. She sat on the bench, fiddling with Tod's fingers which were still wrapped in her own, "How about we go somewhere?" her stomach grumbled a little and she laughed. "Make that somewhere to eat, I forgot that I didn't have anything for lunch. See what you do when you make me study too hard?" Adi teased him.

"Sure," I say, laughing. "Where do you want to eat at?" I ask as I stand up, still holding her hands in mine. "We can go to a fast food place, or a cafe... wherever you want."

[Zoella]

Addison thought about it for a moment, "How about we go to a cafe? It's a little nicer," she smiled, once again swinging their hands back and forth as they walked through the park. "Do you have a specific one in mind? Or we can just walk until we find one?" Adi shrugged and looked around her as they exited the park. "Ok I have no idea where we are," she laughed. "I wasn't really paying attention earlier..."

"Second option sounds good to me," I say, smiling. I too look around, recognizing the area only a little. "I know where we are," I say. "That park is where my family used to have a picnic at every weekend," I add, nodding my head toward the park we'd just exited.
