Well since Dreamer was the original creator of this here species, I think I should at least offer a dual position as Artist and Moderator ^^ She may choose dual or a single, I dont mind ^^
If You could pm me D, if you are interested, I would be grateful XD

Further Moderation will be chosen as we go, I wont make any further decisions on them right now ^^

And yes, Only three per person, and there is not a time limit between adoptions as of now, however if an issue comes up, then will restrict adoptions with a set time span ^^
