Decades have past since the era of the four great clans: Thunder, River, Shadow and Wind, have all ceased to exist. However, their codes and stories are immune to the many attempts to destroy them. Always, a cat has managed to escape the endless attacks on the sacred traditions passed down by the generations. New clans rise from these survivors, growing into the very essence of their ancestors clans. They carry on the never ending battle to prevail against all who oppose the warrior code. This is the tale of four newly born clans. MistClan, a clan who lurks in the misty depths of their forest, using its unusual environment to their advantage against enemies. StreamClan, a clever clan who uses the streams that crisscross their territory as a navigation system. RainClan, a clan who's sleek fur and steady paws keep them on their paws and dry in their damp meadows and forests. And DewClan, a clan that uses brute strength to protect their glistening domain from all intruders.

This is RainClan, the sleekest and steadiest of the four Clans, they can move thought the damp meadows they call home with ease.

X O v e r | v i e w X

RainClans territory is mostly a damp forest and meadow, with a small body of water in the center of their territory with a marsh type area around most of it. RainClan can walk or run through their wet territory with easy, though I wouldnt try to run all over the place, you might tire yourself out. The camp is located more in a corner of the territory, where it's a bit more dry and easy to sleep. Though the river and creek are near the camp, I don't think anycat will be bothered by that.




M o o n | F a l l s X

The Moon Pool, or Moon Falls, is a cave tucked into the small mountains near the center of the four clans. It is a high roofed cave that is quiet spacious. A waterfall runs down the side of the cave into a good sized pool below. During moonhigh the pool of water becomes a crystal pool and is illuminates the cave. The travel there is about a two day journey there and back across all four clans. A steep cliff is the only way to reach the mouth of the cave, which is littered with gravel and other loose rocks and such. Though it may seem a rather intimidating climb to the shimmering pool, it is in reality very easy to reach. This is where Medicine cats and leaders come to speak with StarClan.




X T h e | C r e e k X

The Creek is just a small stream that flows into the much larger river more near campin the Western part of the territory. There reslly isnt much to say about it, other then its always fresh water. But it does tend to fill up just a little when it rains. As you go down stream, the sides of the Creek tend to get a little steeper and steep, until you come to the Fallen Crossway. It's best to cross the Fallen Crossway or go back up stream and cross where the banks arent as steep.




X T h e | R i v e r X

The River is just what it sounds like, a river. It's a bit rougher near where it comes into RainClan's territory, but it mellows out as it slowly progresses into, then out of, the territory. The creek flows into this large rushing river in about the Western part of the territory, near the camp.




T h e | F a l l e n | C r o s s w a y X

The Fallen Crossway is just an older tree that fell many seasons again because of a storm. It's nothing much too look at, and the Clan just usually uses to help them get across the creek. It's not that they don't want their paws to get wet, it's just that where the Fallen Crossway is, the creeks sides are a bit steeper and harder to climb up. Watch out when it's raining, icy, or snowy because the trees bark can get a little slippery and you ought just end up with a drenched pelt sitting in the creek. Watch and help new Apprentices when they try to cross the tree when it is rain, icy, or snowy to make sure they don't take a small swim.




X T r a i n i n g | C l e a r i n g X

The Training Clearing is a large open clearing located more near the small body of water in the center of the territory then the river or camp. Mentors usually take their Apprentices to the less mossy and green part for Battle Training, and then to the more mossy and green part for Hunting Practice. Of corse, you can practice your skills in either area. Warriors can also train here to sharpen their hunting or battle skills. Taining can be between Warrior on Warrior, Apprentice on Warrior, or Apprentice on Apprentince, no matter who's training for what, claws stay shealted at all times unless the Leader or Deputy say other wise.








T h e | H i g h | C l i f f X

The High Cliff is just a higher rock-cliff-thing that is jutting out from a larger stone wall by the Leaders Den in camp. The Clan Leader uses this cliff to make anocments, change kits into Apprentices, and change Apprentices into Warriors.




L e a d e r ' s | D e n X

The Leaders Den is a small carved away cave in the rock wall where the High Cliff is, and it's just a few fox-lengths away from the Highcliff. It may look large and not very private, but it's really just the entrance that looks that way. Inside of the den is smaller and a bit more private because it goes back a little bit more. But if you really wanted to, you could creep by the entrance and listen very carefully when cats are talking.




M e d i c i n e | C a t 's | D e n X

The Medicine Cat's Den is on the same wall as the Leaders Den and the High Cliff, but it's placed a small, yet good, distance away from both. If you stand by the entrance, you'll see that it's facing almost all of the camp, and it's quite shut off from most the noise of the camp. This side there is a place for 4-5 sick cats, but if you keep going you'll find a small opening in the side that lets rain water in to fill a small pool. By this pool are all of the herbs, some in the water and some out if the water, and just to the left of this is the two cave-in in the floor with two nests in them. That is where the Medicine Cat and Medicine Cat Apprentice sleep.




W a r r i o r s ' | D e n X

The Warriors' Den is made of two larg rocks that had fallen ontop of another larger rock many seasons ago. It may not look very roomy inside, but it can fit a lot of cats inside with some room left over. The Warriors' Den is located between the Leader's Den and the Apprentices' Den. It's about seven tail-lengths away from the Leader's Den, but it's only about four tail lenghs away from the Apprentices' Den.




A p p r e n t i c e s ' | D e n X

The Apprentices' Den was fromed when a large amount of rocks fell and crashed ontop of other rocks. It's a but smaller then the Warriors' Den, and can only hold up to four or five Apprentices' at a time with out making some of the cats feel squashed. It's located about four tail lenghs away from the Warriors Den, and about six away from the Nursery and Elders Den.




T h e | N u r s e r y X

The Nursery is an old, rotten out tree that stands stong and is protected from the wind by the camp. This tree can only hold about three Queens and their kits at a time, but it can be extended into the bushs beside of it if their ore room is needed. The Nursery is located about six tail lenghs from the Apprentices' Den, and is only three tail lenghs from the Elders' Den.




E l d e r ' s | D e n X

The Elders Den is an older fallen long covered in moss, earth, and dead leaves. Its roomy inside, and can snugly fit up to five or six elders at a time inside. The Elders Den is located only about three tail lenghs away from the Nursery, and it also well protected from the wind.

• This is a semi-lit RP, please don't post only one sentence,WB is understandable. Each post should be at least 3-4 well though out sentences with proper grammar, spelling and punctuation.

• No perfect characters! Everyone and thing has their flaws. Please try to keep the genders even.
  
  
• Don't god-mod, power play, or use another persons cat without their permission. At all.
  
  
• Keep things realistic as with cats names, Dragonburst is not a name a warrior would have, a good example of a warriors name would be Lizardfang, or something. Please don't you use things that cats don't know about, if you can explain it out as to how they learned about galaxies or something, then fine...Starry and star cannot be used.
  
  
• I'd also prefer if you didn't use rain as one either. Don't use the same prefix more than twice. Also make sure it makes sense for that cat. ^^
  
  
• No detailed mating or anything over pg13, this shouldn't even have to be said but time and time again people don't use their common sense so I'm just going to say it.
  
  
• You can be your own love interest and mate, but you may only have one pair of lovers out of all your characters (Don't go over board with it though. ._.). Don't be your own mentor or apprentice, there's no fun in that.

• A p p e a r a n c e : Lightstar is a pale cream, almost white, she-cat. She has pale blue eyes, and she has light ginger markings on her face and tail. Her tail tip and ears are the darkest points in her body, being a ginger color. Her nose is a pale pink color, but the insides of her ears are lighter then her nose.
• P e r s o n a l i t y : Lightstar isn't a mean or snappy she-cat, she's more quiet and pacinet. When she is under a great deal of stress, she tends to raise her voice, maybe telling everyone to be quiet or go to their dens because she needs to cool down for a little while. I can assure you, Lightstar is not the type of cat to give harsh punishments for small mistakes. Depending on the cats rank, and what they did, she could only make them stay in camp for half a day, or miss a patrol they were supposed to go on. This may all sound like she's too soft on her Clan, but when it's time to give out real punshments, Lightstar won't hold back..
• H i s t o r y : Lightstar has had a pretty normal history, born in RainClan to a happy she-cat and tom. The litter she was born in had two kits, her and a tom her mother named Deerkit. Lightkit and Deerkit played and grew, soon becoming Apprentices when they were six moons old. Lightstar and her brother trained together, and often spoke with their mother together. They stayed closer then most siblings do when they become Apprentices, and they became even closer when their mother died. The two soon became Warrior, meaning the names Lightheart and Deerfoot. Lightheart was only sixteen moons when she was given her first apprentice, and she was named the Deputy when she was only about twenty moons. The previous leader was on her last life, and died just a few moons ago, making Lightheart become Lightstar.

• A p p e a r a n c e : Deefoot is a light brown Tom with black tabby markings. His fur sometimes looks golden brown in the right sunlight, and his markings can look just like a very dark brown. Deefoot has a large patch of white on his chest that spreads up onto his muzzle, then stops before it gets anywhere lower then his chest, his paws and tail tip are also a bright white. Deefoots eyes are a light green-brown colour that usually look more brown then green in the right light.
• P e r s o n a l i t y : This brown tabby tom is nothing like his sister, Lightstar. Instead of being quiet, Deefoot is bold and outgoing. He's usually the first cat to be up and outside waiting for the patrols to be started, and if he's not in one for a little while, he wants to go out with his Apprentice to get some training done. Just because he is full of energy doesn't mean Deefoot can't control himself. When he knows he need to be, Deefopt can and will be calm and collected, and he does want other cats to see that he's not just some over grown silly kit most of the time.
• H i s t o r y : Deerfoot has had a normal life, he was born in RainClan into a litter of only two kits. He grew up very close to his sister, Lightstar, and they became even closer when their mother passed away when they were almost at the end of their training. Deerfoot was given his Warrior name along side his sister, who was given the name Lightheart. His sister ended up getting an Apprentice before him, and ended up getting to be the Deputy. Deerfoot is now the proud brother of a Clan Leader.

• A p p e a r a n c e : Bearfur is a long-furred dark brown tabby tom with even darker brown eyes. He has a small bit of white on his chest and muzzle, but no where else. He has a black nose, but the insides of his ears are pink. Bearfurs tail tip is a dark cream color, as well as his two back paws.
• P e r s o n a l i t y : Bearfur is a reserved and snappy tom who usually doesnt like to be annoyed. Amazing that he had kits right? It just takes one cat to see past his rough and mean exterior and into his mush and friendly inside to make friends with Bearfur. .
• H i s t o r y : Bearfurs history is like any other normal Clan cats. He was made an Apprentice, then a Warrior, then he met the love of his life, a light golden she-cat by the name of Goldenfur. They both fell in love, then they were soon expecting kits, making Bearfur a proud new father when they were born. Sadly, Goldenfur had fallen ill in the leaf-bare before she was going to have the kits, and never fully recovered. When the four little bundles of fur were born, Goldenfur wasn't strong enough to hold on, and ended up dying soon after. Bearfur was a wreck, moping around the camp and spending most his time with his kits. He remembered the names his mate had liked, so he named the little ones. The dark ginger kit was named Cedarkit, the aple brown tabby was named Barkkit, he named the little she-kit that looked like Goldenfur Goldkit, and he named the smallest of them all, a golden spotted tabby she-kit, Leopardkit. Bearfur was thrown into even more of a mess when two of the kits, Barkkit and Cedarkit, both died only a day apart. Goldenkit had gotten sick just a half a moon after Barkkit and Cedarkit. Bearfur, now nervous that his last little one would die, forced the Medicine Cat too look after her carefully until everyone was sure she would live. Thankfully, it worked. Bearfur now lives in RainClan with his daughter, Leopardpaw.

• A p p e a r a n c e : Leopardpaw is a smaller golden spotted tabby. Her markings are a dark, jet black, making them stand out from her lighter golden fur. Her fur gets darker as you move down from her back to her paws, making her paws and toes a darker golden, and her back a bit lighter in color. Her eyes are orbs of a light, bright green color that barly show her emotions. Leopardpaw's nose is a darker pink color, the insides of her ears are a lighter, quite pale, pink color.
• P e r s o n a l i t y : Leopardpaw is a shy young she-cat who doesn't really talk unless she's spoken too. She likes to hang around with her father a lot more then any other cat, and usually doesn't want to go exploring due to her lack of playfulness. She does like to play sometimes though, and hopes that she'll become more outgoing as she gets older..
• H i s t o r y : Nothing much because she's just an Apprentice and she doesn't do anything exciting, but she does have a few memories of being held in the Medicine Cats Den at times..
