I keep thinking, hoping to hit a soft spot with the illousions I was showing him, going through his known family. Well, all I could see from what Asi was telling me.

then another chain appeared, Stein laughed and put a hand on her shoulder "do as he said... run.

"I'm not leaving him." I say stepping closer.

Vince nodded "I would never let it happen" he stepped out "promise"

Stein flinched "hold... still, turn... bolt" then fell silent as a fourth chain appears, they began to make a ring around them and slowly crept closer

Realising what I had to do I push him down onto the ground a chain slicing a deep cut in my arm, but not caring I attempt to pin him down and then reaching up I grab hold of the bolt and tighten it while leaning down and kissing him soflty on the lips, hoping above all hope that it'd work.

Damini had almost fallen asleep but jumped when the door closed behind Vincent, "What'd she want?" she asked standing.

I finally hit a soft spot, I cut the illusion short and look at him, half shaking my head.

Vince smiled "she just made a deal, I made her a promise and she will keep one for me"

Stein's chainsraised above then shot at Emma, stopping and changing directoin just before hitting her. Stein lay motionless except for the faint rise and drop of his chest as he breathed, the chains dropped and slowly retracted into his coat "Emma, thank you..." he lightly smiled
