Foxpaw let out a startled yowl, she whizzed around to face Flamesong, her tail puffed up and eyes wide. Although she had been half expecting the fright, she didn't know it would be from behind making her even more shocked than usual, her heart racing she started laughing and mewed "Great StarClan don't do that to me!" Although she was still shocked she ended with a purr.

Flamesong just laughed, flicking her friend with her tail. "You really didn't expect that? It's the oldest trick in the book!" she exclaimed playfully, in a teasing tone. As she spoke, she began to head in the direction of camp. "Come on. We'll be expected back soon." They had been out for a while, training, and Flamesong had joined in to see what it was like to mentor an apprentice, even if she had just been made a warrior. It was all good practice and it made sure that she was on top of her skills.

Foxpaw rolled her eyes at her friend and then laughed before walking beside her, she padded along looking around before mewing "What warrior names do you think would suit me? I know its not my choice, but I just wanted some ideas..." she asked, looking up at Flamesong with a questioning face.

Wildfur stood up also, rather close to him. She smiled and nodded eagerly "Yeah, sure! It's nice spending time with you, where should we go to?" she purred looking contently at him as she waited for his reply. Her face stretching even more as his goofy grin caught her eye making a buzz of happiness sprout inside of her.

He felt her shoulder brushed his and if he wasn't covered in fur, she would have seen him blush. She saw her trail off and just stood there in confusion. Where is she go... oh the rabbit he thought to himself as his paws started leading him through the bushes she went through only moments ago. When he got to where the rabbit was buried, he saw her small gray head glancing around so then he said I'm over here, you didn't think you could lose me that easily he said playfully. As they started back on their way to camp he asked who is your apprentice Frostgaze? If I remember correctly is Swanpaw right?

Russetwind was warmed at her words. It's nice spending time with you too. His goofy grin turned into a soft smile as he looked into her eyes. When he looked away he replied "I was thinking we could just walk through the forest." He offered, glancing back at the trees before turning back to her. "Unless you have someplace you'd like to go?"

Frostgaze nodded in respond to Thorneart's question as they walked back to camp. The silence after that was deafening so she almost breathed a sigh of relief when they made it to camp. She pushed her way through first and scanned over the cats to look for Swanpaw.

swanpaw waited in camp for her mentor, watching the cats buzzing around her. she desperately wanted to join them, but she had not been asked to, so she remained where she was. passing the time by, the apprentice dashed across the camp, carefully picking out a vole from the fresh kill pile. as she chewed on the tasty meat, her mind raced with questions: i wonder what we will be learning about today... fighting? i hope not! hunting, hopefully, i want to improve and my stalking skills. once she had picked the last meat from the bones of the vole, she licked her paws, rubbing them along her muzzle. she liked to keep clean, and wanted to look good for when frostgaze came back to camp..."frostgaze!" swanpaw called to her mentor as she spotted the she-cat. the white she-cat padded over to her, sitting nicely at her mentors paws. "I was waiting for you to come back. what are we learning today? hunting?"

Reason for Suffix- her name ends with 'lily' because she was made a warrior during the spring, and because of the white on her pelt.

Wildfur felt that sprout of happiness grow like a thousand vines, warming every muscle in her body. She twitched her ears in a sign that she had registered his kind words before she listened to his suggestion, and finally his polite gesture. She swished her tail and nodded "Sure, a walk in the woods sounds lovely Russetwind" she stood straighter before turning to walk.
