Rivers eyes turned to sad, "Oh" she said. She snuggled up to her mother "I remember tears streaming down your face
When I said, I'll never let you go When all those shadows almost killed your light I remember you said, Don't leave me here alone But all that's dead and gone and passed tonight Just close your eyes The sun is going down You'll be alright No one can hurt you now Come morning light You and I'll be safe and sound" She said "Mommy? can you sing the lulliby?" she asked

She nodded and sung softly in Rivers' ear.

River smiled and started to doze off. she Softly fell to sleep

Rose picked River up gently and laid her back down by her brother and crouched down beside the kits.

The next day...

River woke up to her tail being pulled. She looked at her tail and seen her brother pulling her across the room by it. "Hey" she said playfully

Stripe looked at her and let go, "Hehe!"
Rose woke up and looked at River and Stripe, "What are you kittens doing?"

River smiled "Stripe was just pulling me across the room" she said laughing "HEY MOMA? Can we go outside?!" She asked

Rose nodded, "Sure, Lets' see if the house folk will let us out in the backyard." She trotted to the door and mewed loudly.
Stripe bounded after his mother.
The human come over and opened the door for the cats.
