I really suck at the games ;-;
Does anyone know any good playthroughs?

It's not really a "play-through"-ish game. It's not very Dead Space-y or Portal-y where the playthroughs are all just commentary on the game, and the game itself is pretty standard for all players. Touhou is more like Tetris, Starcraft, or Pacman, where it's really skill-based and not too story-based. Just watch the fan-made animes and fanfictions and you'll pretty much be set plot-wise.

XD The English patches make no sense to me. SA is probably my favorite, but I play a lot more of them, particularly PCB.
