I think the Red and Orange Cerberus both should move up the list a bit or at least a tier, they have a lot of rarity and crazy demand too

Well since you sent a couple of those trades it's hard to say that they really mean a whole lot... but the cerberuses will move up eventually.
I personally don't feel like they're ready yet. They have demand of course but half of that demand is just people anticipating the move up.
I feel like they go for a fair enough price as far as I've seen so I wouldn't say they really need to go up just yet. :)

I was thinking about the fact if store pets shouldn't go up a tier every rerelease since store pets arent rereleased and they will become more rare than other list pets. I am wondering if this happens or not or if they will go up.

This has been answered so many times it starting to become annoying. Yes, all store pets will go on the list eventually, and yes, they all will move up. They are not rereleased so they are much rarer then others. In a few years, yes, the orange cerb will be at the top of the list. Will anything move any time soon? No it will not.

Yeah there are times when stuff like that happens but that doesn't really mean it's fair. :) I once saw a raven dog go for a balloon dog but that doesn't mean it was fair. :) I'm sure the user just got really frustrated with the bunny or didn't care much for it.

That's like me saying someone paid me a sunjewel for my '09 rare dog because they really wanted it and didn't mind paying it. Just because somebody pays an extremely high amount for a pet doesn't mean its value goes up in the economy or that it should be moved up on the list necessarily. Aside from time, rarity, availability, demand, and fluctuation, there's a bunch of other factors that really need to be considered before suggesting that a pet should be moved up or down any of the lists. That goes for everybody in general.

I'm working to understand the gaps between list pets a bit better, is it ok if I post some guesses here for confirmation? I am trying to get my head around it all and I know that the gaps are being worked on but in the meantime I am trying to better my understanding of the Rares List and don't want to be "carrying errors" so to speak. I don't want to spam up the thread with gap discussion if you guys would rather not discuss it until after the gaps information you're planning to work on is finished and put up on the front page though.

Those are actually pretty standard now. You need to pay a non or over a non to beat out others if you want one. Though, if you arepatient, you can get one for cheaper but not cheap by any stretch of the imagination. It hasn't been going for a sorbet for a long time.
