You know the lighthouse in the frontier? Well there's this dude who sits on a rock by the water and I you get too close to him he spazes and jumps into the water, thus committing suicide...

Ohh, I thought you meant like in a mission or something ^_^ it's just what happens when you get close to people near water - they still havn't learnt how to swim yet so die when in water ¬¬
