Please either enter with your form the first time you post, wait to post your form until you have time to do so or post something constructive and edit with your form later posting that you will enter makes me unsure of when you will enter and if I should wait for you to enter or not. If you have a post like this on a Country, you have until the 20th to edit with your finished form or I will ignore your post and assume you aren't going to enter. Any country with a post like this one will not be judged until late on the 20th to allow you to enter (this does not include Prussia or Britain who requires forms of art that take time to complete)

If you change your username it will be your responsibility to notify me in any way you feel fit or continue to try out for Countries with your old username so I can keep track of who is who. Thank you for your understanding.
