Darkpaw's eyes widened as she fell in and got even wider as she began to swim. He leaned over the side watching her. "Uhrm.." Darkpaw looked warily at the water. "No thanks." He had never swam before and he really didn't want to do it in front of Icepaw. Or any other cat for that matter.

Icepaw frowned. ''Ok...'' she said hauling herself out of the water. She shook off and sat in the sun. ''You ever went swimmng before?'' She asked licking her paw and brushing out her fur with it. She giggled softly as she saw the expression on his face.

Darkpaw sat down and wiped the expression off his face quickly. He gave his chest fur a few embarrassed licks. "No."

Icepaw smiled. "Ok, don't be embarassed about it." she said cheerfully. "I don't care weather a cat can swim or not. Be proud of what you are." she said. "Even if i'm half-clan, I don't care what others think of me." she added.

"I'm not embarrassed." He said coldly. "But you should be." He stood and walked around her slowly. "Your blood is half enemy. How can you trust it? How can you expect your clan to trust it?" He raised his lip as though he was smelling something foul.

Icepaw almost laughed, almost. ''Me? Be embarressed by being half-clan? Nuh- uh, no way.'' She said calmly. ''I don't expect my clan to trust it. It's my problem and I'm happily dealing with it.'' She said. Icepaw growled at Darkpaw, she hissed and stood up her tail lashing back and forth. ''Watch it Darkpaw! Your not going to be leader acting like that. And I doubt you ever will if you cant trust your own clanmates. No one will follow you and we'll all die because of your ignorance'' she snapped. Icepaw turned away from him, her nose to the air and her eyes staring at the sky. ''At least I have something you'll never have darkpaw.'' She said, calming down now.

Darkpaw's eyes narrowed he would become leader. Or if not he would make sure Icepaw never was. "A parentage of fifth?" Darkpaw spat.

Icepaw frowned. ''No. Friends. I don't see you running around making friends. I mean really Darkpaw, c'mon you have to have some friends.But i'll bet you don't mave much. And if you were nicer, I would be your friend and maybe follow you so you become leader. But no. Darkpaw doesn't need friends to become some leader who will destroy the clan just for power. Huh, it reminds me of some other cat too'' she said.

Darkpaw's fur rose on his shoulders. "You think I would destroy my own clan? How foolish are you? I've given everything to my clan. Everything." He spat.

Icepaw looked at him. ''You almost killed fang! Your mean! You hardly care about anything! Did I mention you looked sick, in a evil way, when you hurt fang. Come on Darkpaw! Let reality hit you in the face! Your nothing but a jerk!'' She spat, ready to break down. ''You hated the idea of coming here with us, the tour, my gang. You hated it.'' She said, her voice shaky. Icepaw's ears were flat against her head, her tail moving slowly. ''I hardly have any friends, my family is dead, and now TigerFrost is after me and the kits.'' She said, softly.
