This ground dwelling Teacup Dragon does not have the typical green tail that can be found on other teacup dragons. It hides in the shadows during the day and come out during the evening when it is harder to spot.

I had a few second thoughts about picking a winner for this one. I didn't want people to think this entry won because of the extra picture. This one won because of the fact that I loved the little dragons personality and the choice of song to go with it ^^

Unlike her darker colors, Dessie has a bright and colorful personality. She is very cheerful and loves nothing more then to play and frolic around with her friends. Her happiness and sunny disposition seems to radiate from her and makes everyone close to her happy and cheerful too. Dessie is a kind soul and loves to make friends. She will talk to just about anyone, even if they are grumpy or show disinterest in whatever she has to say. She just simply likes to talk, even if it is to herself.

Dessie is severely curious about the unknown. She loves to explore and you will sometimes find her sticking her nose into places she really should not be. She has a knack for getting into trouble, but she is not so good at getting out of it. She is a bit stubborn, and when she sets her mind to something, it's hard to pull her away from it.

The only time Dessie is ever quiet, or at least a little calmer, is during twilight. It's her favorite time of the day and, like most of her species, is when she comes out of hiding. She especially loves twilight when it is summer time. Why? That's when the fireflies show up. She absolutely adores fireflies, they way they fly around all serenely. It relaxes her and calms her down. It even cheers her up if she ever had rough day.

Kind of hot-tempered and not afraid to speak her mind. She's fine with being different in any way-- in fact, she enjoys being unique. She likes to tell others off, but sometimes has a hard time seeing her own faults. Well, I immediately was going to put female at first glance, but when I really looked at the dragon, I thought male. So, he's a boy. X3

Personality:
Ruhk is like a gentle breeze; he isn't pushy or demanding, but somehow can lead one in the right direction. He is extremely curious and loves to sleep in pockets or small, dark places. He has to be careful during the day, as his brown body doesn't blend in as well among the green plants he likes to explore. Because of this, he isn't much of a daytime type; he enjoys the darker hours of sunset and later, though the night can sometimes be even more dangerous than the day.

Velvet is very competitive but she isn't a sore loser, or winner. If she loses a competition she simply congratulates the winner or tells the loser that it was a good try; while being shy she is also incredibly stubborn, so say someone tried introducing her to another she wouldn't talk to them for what so ever reason until she warms up to them, then she'll be as sweet as can be but anytime before that she will just ignore them. Velvet will never and I mean never hurt anyone, she is often the shoulder to lean on for a lot as she's one of the most understanding and dependable dragons, when she's comforting someone she is always calm and straightforward, where as the truth may not be the thing they want to hear it's always the best to hear.

I wanted to find the perfect name for this beauty, and this one just seemed to fit.
It's from reconstructed Sindarin, and means "hope" and "faith"

Solemn and calm, Estel is something of an introvert-any prolonged exposure to others leaves him feeling drained. While he doesn't mind having conversations with those he knows, he's liable to trail away from the rest of the group, and is quick to get caught up in his own thoughts. A poetic soul, Estel is fond of offering his own small verses, usually in an attempt to cheer someone up, as his own brushes with despair compels him to act.
