For generations, the Kingdom of Eldea has lived peacefully and without thought of war; the villagers content, the crops plentiful and the children in high numbers with herds of wild horses roaming the countryside. During the house of Ryean's reign thing slowly went down hill. The King, Arthur Ryean, Seventh of his name, was given two twin sons: Theon and Ethan Ryean. The pair of brothers were alike in every way save for one, Theon with dark hair from the boys’ mother while Ethan was gifted his father’s golden hair. The Ryean Princes seemed to spend every moment together, laughing and pulling pranks, growing closer everyday. But cruel fate soon ended that, on the boys’ 8th name day, The Queen fell ill and died with the day. Both brothers blamed the other for the death of their mother and a wedge was placed between them. The pranks turned to competitions: Who ran faster, who was the better swordsmen, who had the best aim. This went on for years until the boy’s reached their 18th year, and their time to take the throne was here. Both had an equal claim and neither would step down. This caused the Kingdom of Eldea to spilt, Ethan and Avalon to the north while Theon took Elyadon and the south.

The Two Brother Kingdoms started to grow tired of the feud that began long ago. The Kingdom of Avalon to the north and the Kingdom of Elyadon to the south wrote a peace treaty stating in 20 years time, the first born male and female heir of each kingdom were to marry. With this union, these children were to combine their kingdoms and return it to its former glory.

Serena tries to be nice and friendly to everyone she meets. She knows what she should do as a princess, and accepts everything she has to do for her parents or the future Eldea. The girl almost never argues with decisions people make and is always trying to keep everybody happy.

Serena has trouble with showing her emotions. Her mother has always taught her to hid her anger or sadness for other people, which causes the girl bundling everything up. When she is alone, she will let everything out. It isn't uncommon for the girl to cry at night when she is alone. She is rather sensitive after all, and can't stand argues or fights. She is always worried about something, no matter how small it is.
History:
Serena has always lived her life like she should have. She did everything her parents asked her to do, and was very close friends to KC. The two were having a secret relationship when they were younger, but when her engagement with Zerrick got announced, KC had made quite a scene. She hadn't seen KC for about a year, but they meet again at the Harvest Ball. It is obvious the fire between the two never died.

When the marriages got rearranged after Aiden's death, the girl decided to fight for once, in an attempt to marry KC instead of Alexander, the second-eldest prince of Avalon. The kings gave her and KC permission, though the girl is still sad about Aiden's loss.

Kaleb is quite an attention-thief. He'll put on a show for the lords and ladies of the court, wooing the women and impressing the gentlemen. Although young, he is a prince, and has been known for his relations with various women of the court. Those romances never lasted more than a night though, for the prince used them to get over his separation from his true love, Princess Serena of Elyadon. They are now engaged, and are set to be wed in December, two months away.

He doesn't converse much with his eldest brother, Prince Remington. And tries to keep out of his younger brother's life. The two of them would have been twins, if not for a problem that occurred during the premature stages. They had been set to be born around Christmas, though Kaleb came out early on the first of December. Prince Alexander was born on Christmas, the expected date. He dares not dabble with the witch, their youngest sister, Dimari. She has her own way of seeing things and her own opinions about most everything. One shouldn't pick fights with her.

The only people that the prince allows himself to be close to is his fiance and his personal servant. Hensley has taken care of His Majesty since he was a wee boy, from the nursemaid and on. They share private jokes now and then, the older man winking at the prince. Their casual relationship is not common among servants and their masters, but Kaleb minds not.

Tristan Lucius Jones was born on December 15th, at approximately 5 O'clock in the evening. From birth to his twelfth birthday, the young Elyadon prince had never been left alone. Nursemaids, tutors, servants, and really most of the Elyadon palace's staff have contributed to his childhood. And they had raised him well, although he's turned out to be a bit on the wild side. After turning twelve, young Tristan was "set free" from the eyes of the court and curious servants. Except for Bromton, his personal servant, most of the court has not encountered the prince for months, perhaps in some cases, years. While he does occasionally reside in the palace, Tristan spends most of his time in the country side of Elyadon, visiting the people and peasants of his father's kingdom. They look to him for advice and respect him as a leader. It is true that it is a requirement for most royal offspring to tour the kingdom that they are heir to, but Tristan does not see it as some words to check off on his Royal Prince To-Do list. He spends time with country folk because his heart belongs there, not in long debates on whether the bank should add more wages to the Duke of somewhere and if Tobias O'Cart should be hung for stealing jewels from one of the princesses. Although just because he does not enjoy the politics of court, that does not mean that he was horrible at arguing out conflicts. In fact, that was what he did best, besides sword fighting. Yes, sword fighting and arguing were two things this prince was very good at.

Tristan Lucius Jones has never been in love before. Unlike a certain prince in the kingdom of Avalon, this prince does not make obvious his feelings for maidens who catch his eye, but he is quite frank with his feelings for women he dislikes. Such as his younger sister, Arabella. They're like water and oil together, orange juice and milk. Explosions and things thrown at the walls are most likely the outcome when the two of them are in the same room. Screaming and hair-pulling and a whole bunch of other immature sibling going-ons. His disposition towards Princess Arabella is horrid, and he know that. He would often find himself feeling guilty after arguing with his sister, but then she would throw a retort at him the next day and his guilt would be gone.

She was rich, and she could have remarried, but she chose to go to a convent and serve God. Shortly after devoting her life to the Heavenly Father, Cassia joined a group of "protectors", sworn to protect the heirs of the throne. She is also fluent in Latin.

"I hope you know that there will be consequences. No matter what. How long is this going to last?" he asked, gesturing at the maid. Before Rena, Kaleb had many mistresses, but they all ended after two months at the most. He desperately hoped that this little bond between the prince and the maid would end soon, for their father's sake. The king could bear no more grief and was likely to strike out in anger and disbelief.
