Girlfriend? Crystal really was his girlfriend? Serena bit her lip insecurely, not knowing what to think of this. Of course, she knew what love was. She had Kaleb after all. But Alexander didn't seem like he was joking. Serena remained silent and just moved her gaze to some birds which were flying through the sky. She hoped KC wouldn't give Alexander a whole lecture right now. It was improper for a maid and prince to be in a relationship, in some kingdoms it could even be seen as treason. But Serena was convinced the prince and maid also knew that, and there had already been enough sadness in their lives for now.

Alexander sighed, realizing his traditional brother disapproved of his love for Crystal, even if she was a maid. He loved her and would stand by their love til' death they part. For now though, he'd have a fire to put out with Kaleb. Alex slowly walked over to the tree while shooting an *I'll be back soon* look at Crystal. "What's up?"

"Father won't like this at all." was the first thing he said to his older brother. He crossed his arms and stood facing Alexander, eyes never leaving his brother's. "I hope you know that there will be consequences. No matter what. How long is this going to last?" he asked, gesturing at the maid. Before Rena, Kaleb had many mistresses, but they all ended after two months at the most. He desperately hoped that this little bond between the prince and the maid would end soon, for their father's sake. The king could bear no more grief and was likely to strike out in anger and disbelief.



{ What do you guys think of a new topic just for us? I doubt Shade. will be returning, and well, to put it frankly, I'm just tired of having to tell new members which spots are open and which ones are not. I can put up the new thread really soon, and we can start using that. Or, if you guys just want to keep using this thread, that's fine as well.
