I just can't trade it up, or even same tier - it just won't move.

Does that mean the person counts as 19 people? .3.

Sent a trade a week ago. Get it back now, note, no where in their rules claim they didn't want one sided trades. They just cancel. With no message. Couldn't you at least give one word? Like I don't know, perhaps a reason why you cancel??!?
