one of my trade rules says that I don't edit trades and suggestions. if you are sending me an unfair offer asking me to edit it, you are breaking this rule. is it not obviously?

just what I needed, someone being rude to me right when I start to recover from family trauma.
I felt badly cancelling their offer, but I just didn't want to accept in the end.

They offered me '09 - '10 rares, (mostly all non-wl, ignoring one of my three rules.), for one of my August lions.
You know what? I let them know from the START (when they first offered) that I might not want to trade. I warned them!
But when I finally cancel, after thinking about it - I even considered it after they ignored basically my most important trade rule about wishlist only-, I cancelled politely, letting them know that I had decided that I just didn't want to trade my lion (or at least not for so many non-wl), and I wished them good luck in finding another one.

Guess what I get after considering their offer and being polite? a rude PM.

Sounds similar to what I went through the other day - just plain rudeness.

I offered a trade up for someone's Bat Dog, instead of cancelling or replying to my trade they stuck it in their trade thread like; "ooooooo, look what I've been offered so far"

So...basically, they planned to let my trade rot, for their own benefit hoping to entice other users to offer more.

I cancelled.

Still, it really ruined my day

I offer rares, OLDER then each pet.
Even the uncommon I offered was older -_-


I ask if you thought it was fair. You plainly and uttery reply back, saying you laughed. Very nice.
I guess not only people are rude, but they dont know how to edit back. Which is why people seem to always get 'horrible' trades.

Might I add to this you then tried to convince me it was fair, and that you are not allowed to respond to a trade on the rant thread if it is yours? I have as much right to rant as you do. Plus, the message "Hahaha this made me laugh~" Is not all that rude. It DID make me laugh, and to be honest, I DO take bad trades as a joke, simply because I have gotten enough of them to make my blood boil

TheKillingJoke, please do not start drama on this thread. If you must, take it to PM, but please don't continue here. ^.^ It will only lead to trouble.
That said, I wish to timidly add that the trade was indeed unfair to the other user, and that they are under no obligation to send it back to you for editing. Granted they didn't need to laugh in your face, but harassing them in return doesn't accomplish much, if anything. ^.^
Also, NightofnewRose, they are allowed to respond; they just can't start a scene.

I still can't find anyone who has enough fodder- even a little bit- to get to my purple toxic. I've finally got an offer, but they don't have even close to enough. I'm in this rut. Can't topple myself out. Ugh.

Trade ups, why must you elude me so?
I have found people with list pets, that is no hardship.
But once I'm ready to send a trade, either they don't have what I'm looking for or I don't have enough.
All I want is to trade up to a light leopard. :p
