When it comes to groups like that, it can be hard to place an estimate on them. ^.^ Personally, I'd ask at least a mid to late '09 rare for it.

The group rates I've seen for '11/'12 commons and down go usually for higher ratios than that. The lowest I can think of offhand being 60 for a low in demand late '09 rat... ^.^ it can vary from person to person, and what rare(s) are involved though. Groups are fickle. xD

I would personally value it at an early 2010 rare, maybe a late 09 rare at best... but perhaps I'm just seriously undervaluing those staff dogs? xD;; They're just so common that I find it hard to see them as being worth more...
