I think it's ok, as both of those are 2010 items. When the 2010 section of the Items Guide is updated, it's likely Count Bunnicula will be upgraded to a rare in value, but it hasn't been discussed yet so you should probably get another opinion. But be sure you get it from someone who isn't just reading straight off the items guide thread.
