Atlas picked up a large rock that was lying on the cave floor, and threw it at the squirrel.

The squirrel managed to dodge Bella's blows, but Atlas' rock caught it on the front shoulder. It squealed, a sound like nails on chalkboard, and sprang at Atlas.

Atlas threw the back of his hand towards the squirrel that was flying at him, hoping to swat it away.

Bella grabbed the squirrel's tail in mid-air and pulled it towards her, readying her sword to slice it's head off.

The squirrel twisted around, trying to sink its teeth into Bella's hand.

She shook it, accidentally bringing it closer to her shoulder. She raised her sword and got it in place, taking her time.

The squirrel snapped its jaws down, hard.

Bella squealed, swatting it away from her shoulder. She stuck her sword in the side of it's neck and flicked it away, sending the squirrel flying to the corner of the cave. She turned her head and examined her shoulder, blood beading out of the wounds.

The sauirrel hit the wall hard, and lay there for a moment. It seemed to be stunned. When it climbed to its feet again, it seemed a bit wobbly.
