First trade is unfair to the UR dog. I just traded for one and was informed the gap between the UR malk level and 09 UR is a bottom line main list pet (red-x PPS, wolf PPS). :)
Secondly it could be but personally I believe the cat belongs on the same line as the UR malk or lower since demand is dropping. :) So I would say unfair to the 09 UR. :)

Unfair to you. ^^ One tier on the rares list could be a lot - for example, take the gap between the Moonswirl and the Sunjewel - that's a noncoon/tag/swirl. That's a lot.

Anyway, they should add something around a Red X PPS.
