Apologies, I've been working out a few entries ahead, loll. (:

12:30 pm –ish
Sorry, there’s no clock in here – 12:30 is my best guess.
I hate it. I HATE this place. Right now, I’m sitting in the toilet with you on my lap and my bag tucked in the corner. My head is throbbing horribly and no one is here to comfort me. I wish dad was here … He would help me. Or even Arthur. Arthur would cheer me up.
So, I guess I’ll have to tell you what happened. Hm … Well, first off, my math teacher, Mrs Gschwind (She’s from Switzerland) started to yell at me, until mum appeared and explained it was my first day. Wow that was embarrassing, even afterwards Mrs … I’ll call her Mrs G … made sure I would arrive on time from now onwards and she attempted this ugly, black-toothed smile … Or maybe she was just trying to stretch her cheeks in what looked like her “smiling”. Ugh.
And that’s just the teacher – trust me, it gets worse. I was sat down at a desk next to a girl called Dayna. She must be permanently mute because she didn’t even say “hi”. Huh. Anyway, I wasn’t too bad at math – I would consider myself smart. (:
After math I had English, then home room. English is definitely the best for me; we were studying this old poem, The Lady of Shallot. I remember my mum reading me the poem when I was little … Cool. And then, in home room, I was “formally” introduced to my class and I was paired with this girl – Rosa – for the day … Apparently she’s my buddy but she ditched me at interval and I couldn’t find her today. Everything else is horrible.
Argh, I haven’t seen Kayleb around yet … I was hoping I might, just because he is quite nice, you know? Yeah. He’s certainly better than some of the nasty … brats … I’ve seen around. Anyway, someone’s coming so I must go.
3:45 pm
Wow. My day changed dramatically during lunch … Well, kind of. Just after I finished writing, the girl I sit next to in math … Dayna … came running in crying. It was strange, she … she saw me and almost screamed, but instead cringed into the back of the toilet and muttered something like an apology. It’s almost like she was ashamed of me … Huh. Anyway, I asked her what was wrong and she said it was nothing and a bunch of other lies which were too obviously not the case. In the end I told her to shut up and dragged her out of the toilets and onto the school field. We sat down in a warmer patch of grass and we talked a little bit more about ourselves etc. Annnnd … I made a friend.
Yeah, so now I’m friends with the nerd, but I don’t see why; she’s really pretty and really nice – and the fact she’s a nerd will get me past any history exams I haven’t studied for. Totally not cheating, just improvising. (:
Oh, and I also saw Kayleb in Art! I’m so glad he’s in one of my classes, I mean, how great is that?! Yeah, anyway, he only waved and smiled briefly … He didn’t even come up and say hi. I am disappointed, but maybe he’s just a little shy.
And that’s about my first school day. I mean, the morning was quite bad, but afterwards wasn’t as horrible – it’s bearable.

Huh. It’s odd; Arthur didn’t turn up for dinner. I wonder if he’s lost. Oh no, I hope he didn’t get over the fence … Mum did say to keep him inside for a while but … He needed to go toilet, and we don’t have a kitty-litter thingy, so I opened his cat flap. I hope he’s okay.
