Wolfpaw's gaze drifted once more to Duskpaw's location.
"Tigerclaw, can I pretty please see Duskpaw?" Her gaze showed a now familiar look of love in her eyes, something that was rare before Duskpaw.
"Please?"

Arcade slowly sniffed along the ground and caught a whiff of two cats. He quickly crawled through the bushes and leapt over a log. He landed in front of Naomi and Flutterpaw.

Foxstride jumped slightly at the cat's entrance, she snorted and glared at the cat for surprising her. "I'll meet you back here, pet." She walked away, shaking her head. She was snuck up on? What was her deal? That is how rogues, like her, get killed. Foxstride had walked over to a different set of rocks with a small hole under one of the rocks, hidden, so only one that knew where is was could find it. "Finally, some luck," Foxstride mumbled as she got her small satchel out and slipped on. Foxstride shook out her fur as she jumped up on the rock and looked around for a her marker that told her where she could find the first herb, thyme. She headed over to the tree next to the thyme, trying to keep her head above the tall grass. She came up to the leafy plants, and grabbed a few sprigs. Foxstride placed the sprigs inside the satchel then looked up at the tree, "Some sticks could do us both good," she mumbled. She quickly jumped up to a branch and snapped off a few with her mouth and put them in her bag. Foxstride nodded to to herself pleased, and headed back to the tabby.

Tigerclaw bit back the pain as he gazed at the gleam in her eyes and nodded with a soft smile, "Sure Wolfpaw." He said quietly as he turned and went towards his older sister, Petalfall and settled beside her.

"You care for her don't you? But she cares for another? It's Lilyflower all over again isn't it?" She asked kindly as she groomed her brother's long fur kindly.

A flash of frustration crossed Swiftcreek's eyes, and he clenched his jaw. "How would approaching Eaglestar threaten you two? But, yes. I suppose I cannot force you into the clan. But we are leaving to our permanent home very soon." he meows, flicking his ear. "And you have obviously been venturing as a rogue for quite a number of moons. You have true experience in survival skills. I don't believe that it'd be possible for a cat to stay alive for long unless they mastered hunting and combat." the tom adds. "But if you change your mind, I can help you with any issues that come up." he offers, turning to leave.

Moon flicked her tail as she stood up. Who does that cat think he is?! Moon glared at the tabby's retreating back. She shook her head and turned to go find her sister. She hasn't seen her in a few days, there is no telling what kind of trouble she had gotten into.

{ not sure if anything happened to the Spiderpaw/Sprucepaw/Appleleaf cobweb-collecting mission, but I'm sticking Sprucepaw back at camp for now. }

Sprucepaw took a flying leap and managed to scrape over the rock with her paws barely brushing the top. She skidded as she landed, but kept her balance, for that was a forte; agility. She continued to dash in the direction of camp, her mind whirling, for she was certain something had happened while she had been meandering in the fields, paws white with spider web. Even now she had the stuff, but it was wrapped tight on a stick that was clamped in her narrow muzzle. Running wasn't ideal if cobweb laced your paws. Sprucepaw reached the makeshift home in due time, weaving through the crowd without glancing at any one cat and heading towards where the medicine cats had taken refuge.

Wolfpaw heard an almost hurt in his tone; she felt it in his emitting feelings.
One thing she always lacked of expression was love; she loved her mentor, her friends, her brother. The She-Cat had learned to show it in her eyes after Grinner's attack, as she then knew the feeling of how to show it when she felt Duskpaw in danger.

The Apprentice looked at her mentor and his sister, the pang, heartfelts of missing her own brother hitting her softly. Somehow, she knew that a lot would change in the move. And not just loyalties, terratories, or friends; but she knew she's change in her own ways.

Wolfpaw softly sighed as she was left all alone; glancing around, she saw Sprucepaw. Alertly, the she-cat let a shrill meow out.
"Sprucepaw! Wait up!"

The tiny she-cat's ears went up as she heard her name being called out. She came to an abrupt halt, her head swinging around to face the cat who had spoken. Wolfpaw. Waving her tail to balance, Sprucepaw turned fully around and stepped a few paces closer to the grey tabby apprentice. The young medicine cat was considerably smaller, not just from age difference. It wasn't an enormous gap, though, and Sprucepaw didn't feel intimidated as she often did while facing say a warrior, who usually towered above her. Of course, Wolfpaw looked friendly enough. Sprucepaw gave her what she hoped was a curious, polite gaze in return, a questioning spark lingering in her eyes. "Yes?" she asked softly, titling her head ever so slightly.

Wolfpaw smiled kindly, giving a warm, friendly gaze in return for the curious one.
"Do you think you can help me? This paw is starting to ache again, and I'd rather have someone whom I feel safe around than someone whom I feel squished when I'm around them." The She-Cat held up the matted, healing leg with a comical expression.
She knew the feeling of runt, and was glad to share the feeling with someone else she could probably trust.
