Looking for 1x1's or Group Role-Plays

Alrighty, well hello there. I have recently decided that I was in need of a serious Search Post Update, meaning I wanted to change this up a little. That is simply because I have been doing a lot of role-playing over the summer and have seen some things I wanted to change a little.

First off, the name is Kayla, Duckheart, Duck, Ducky, and anything else that you can come up with. Honestly, I respond to anything. Although school has just started up, and I'm really busy, I still, somehow, find time to be on the computer, more than I should probably be.

I'm pretty literate, so if you are a person who only gives about two sentences per message... you better find someone else. I can't stand people who don't use punctuation, and I absolutely hate people who tell me what to do with my characters, so if you do any of those things please don't ask to Rp with me.

If I'm in a good mood I can kick out about five long paragraphs, maybe even more. When and if you don't give me much to reply off of, neither do I, so be prepared. I have written stories off of Rps before, taking the Rp, copying and pasting it, then just making it into a story, so I might ask to if it is an Rp I'm very interested in.

My characters tend to be on the tough side, and I don't really go for the whole, weak, defenseless, I can't do anything for myself, type characters. Just not my thing. I tend to want to punch a make-believe character through my computer screen, and that would be very bad.




1. No Purple Prose - No flowery words over and use of comparisons is what this means

2. No Wolf Speak, this means that you shouldn't use over the top words for simple things like, like legs, you want to spruce it up and change it to columns... I don't care as long as your whole message isn't like that.

3. Please put out more than two sentences per message. It drives me nuts when people do that, and I can't usually pump out more than 1 or 2 sentences unless you do too.

4. My Characters are my Characters your Characters are your Characters. Its as simple as that... don't go controlling mine.







1. I'm a girl, and normally I usually only do MxF, but recently I have been getting a lot of requests for MxM, and although I'm still novice at it, am gradually moving into it.


2. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be active. I don't like it when I kick out something nice and long, get used to the whole, getting something back every hour or so, and then you disappear without a word... It ticks me off, and I will get very grumpy. I'm a person that likes long term Rps, I do not, in any way shape or forum, like when an Rp starts one day and then shuts down the next.

3. That right there has caused me to get very mediocre about getting replies. I'll get a feel for when you reply, either the moment I send you mine, the next day, or three days later... I probably will get very annoying about replies. I try not to, but if it is a rp I really like, and am not getting a reply, I get a little frustrated.

4. When you are going to be gone, please let me know. I understand. in fact I'm warning you now, I have a life, live on a farm, am in high school, write books, a part of many other rps, and I play many sports.




1. I don't mind OOC at all.

2. I may come off as someone who gets annoyed easily, but honestly, just be honest with me. I will listen, give you my opinion and we can go from there. No harm, no foul.

3. When I'm into the Rp, you'll notice because I will reply almost as soon as the Rp is given back to me.

4. I can basically come up with a plot in the blink of an eye, so if you don't have one and would still like to Rp something ask me and I'll most likely be able to come up with something.

5. I absolutely LOVE anything that is set in Historical times.

6. I usually don't do any major formatting to my posts, besides shrinking them down, but I'm gotten into the whole bolding the speak thing recently... so it depends.

7. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE COLOR BLUE!!!

8. I do not do Role-plays that'll give me nightmares, so don't ask.

I have seen many a Manga and Anime, probably a lot more than you would think. I don't tend to Role-play these out, simply because I don't like to have to go back and refresh about stuff, but ask and I might be able to comply. Although, I haven't seen or watched stuff like the Black Butler or The Last Airbender. Though I'm a HUGE fan of Legend of Korra.

Also, don't be afraid to ask about a topic. I don't bite... too much.

hey there. so i am open to really any suggestions, but there is one plot that i am looking to do in particular. right now i am looking for a gang roleplay of sorts. basically where a male in the gang falls in love with a female that is in the gang, or maybe she is a normal person. in this plot, i would like to play the female, so you would play the male. i am a semi-literate to literate roleplayer, but i tend to mirror my partner's posts. i can write anywhere from one paragraph to eight or more paragraphs. it all really depends on my muse and what you give me. i make minimal errors as far as spelling, punctuation, and grammar. i am active and will reply at least once every two days. as far as my requirements for you, i would like you to be able to write one or more paragraphs [one paragraph being roughly seven lines or more] with minimal errors, same as myself. i would like you to roleplay the male. 1.Please Please PLEASE! Be able to write more then one line. They are understandable sometimes, but not all the time! I would like at lest one good, descriptive paragraph. Just 5-7 sentences. How hard is that? Not very hard!
2.I need drama and romance, it's something I truly can't RP without. I need it like the sky is blue! I've tried RPs where there is no romance, I almost died! I quiet after a few days!
3.Possibly tell me when you are going to be away for long period of time. I hate when someone leaves and doesn't tell anyone. I think they ditched the RP or something happened to them. I might not know you, but I do worry about things.
4.Please be able to play BOTH Male and Female. I mean, unless you honestly, fully pledged can not play one of those genders, I understand. I'll let it slid, no big deal!
5.Good grammar, spelling please. Or at least good enough spelling that I know what you are talking about!

I smile, taking the tea in my hand then handing him the money before I move out of the way so he could serve other people but I could still talk to him. "Yeah it is so far. This is my first time coming here actually." It was easy to talk to this guy, I was surprised how easy it was actually. I thought I would be stuttering like I all most all ways did around a cute guy. It was probably confusing to him when I said this was my first time here, even though I knew I looked 100% Korean so I explain, "My parents are both from a small town around here and the rest of my family lives here still. I'm visiting them while I'm on leave."

Smiling a bit I watch them. Hu. They were actually doing it together. When I had done it everyone was shoving each other to get up, not even listening to what the goal of the whole thing was, to work together. I watched that kid, the one that helped them up, for a while. He didn't seem much younger then me strangely. I watched them as they climbed for a while before looking around at the other teams with simpler tasks. Laughing softly my attention turns back to the group climbing the mast as I herd someones boot scrape against it trying to get a hold and slipping. Cursing in Korean - out of habit - I started to walk over but then paused to see if the other guys in the group would help him before I interfeared.

Frowning when he didn't finish his scentence I shake my head standing up when I realise the bus had stopped. "I know you don't mean to worry me Eth, but I can't help it. The longer we live together the more I worry about you... That you'll be taken away..." That I'll louse you. Ethan was so much to me, a lot more then I cared to admit. I had no clue what I would do if I lost Ethan. "Just... Keep it to a minimum while my parents are here okay...? I don't want them suspecting anything." Looking around as I enter the airport I see my parents. "I've gotta go, my parents are here." Taking another look in my parents direction I groan softly. "And they brought my sister with them!" I hated my sister and I knew Ethan knew that, but I never told him why. It was hard to explain that I hated her because she had a crush on Ethan, at lest without revealing that I liked him.

I run out of the house then start walking, taking in a deep breath I mutter to myself. "Nope. I'm not gay. I never was gay. It was just a mistake. That's all. A mistake." I was trying to stop my thoughts of Finn in my head. Why was I thinking of him now? I hadn't thought of him since I had left for school. Why now? This place... This place was infecting me, making me think of him. He was nothing but a friend. Nothing. Nothing more and nothing less. But... He was the one I wanted to talk to now... The only one I really wanted to see... Unconsciously I had walked up to Finns house. Looking up at the house I had visited so many times before I take in a shaky breath then go knock on the door. Hey. As you've already seen I am CrimsonAngelWings but you can call me Crimson, Thirteen, Night, Kat or Angel. Its up to you. I just prefer for people to shorten my username, it's quite long. ~Be active: I have had a whole bunch of 1x1s die because the person hasn't posted or they left the site without telling me.
~Post at least 2 sentences: I can't reply to 1 liners. A 1 liner is good if it's really descriptive but a sentence like, 'Sarah walked through the trees' isn't that helpful.
~Comfortable with me: I know I can be crazy, that's why I warn people!
~Semi-good spelling: Most of the words need to be right, that way I know what's going on!
~Happy to explain things to me: I already told you that I get confused, so if I ask you to repeat something or explain it, please do.

I'm a female, I'm -insertagehere-, I love animals, and I have an awesome dog. I'm homeschooled--and for the last time I am socialized, TYVM! My time zone is EST [Eastern Standard Time], but I don't mind if you're across the country--I roleplay at night sometimes, and I don't mind replying the next time I get on. My roleplaying ranges from relaxed to hard literate/advanced, and if you want me to I can give you an example.
Err… I'm a big procrastinator, and I'm a night owl. :3 I'm a proud Christian (But I don't mind what your view are--I'd still love to RP and be your friend.), and I like roleplaying… uh… yeah. XD

Alright, so, just to make it clear: I'm very busy at the moment. For example, I have school work, dance classes three times a week, and church two times a week. That means that I do have a life. I don't really care for being on the computer all of the time, anyways, and when I am on I don't like being on one website the whole time. No matter how much I like CS that doesn't seem fun to me.
These days, and probably until I become less busy, I will most likely only be on the computer during the weekends. However, I may be on once in the actual week--it depends; I also may be on during big holidays. My mom has more stuff to do on the computer lately, and controls my time online, as well, so that is one of the reasons why. Also, when I get on I stay on for quite a while, kind of to make up for it.
If I do like I'm supposed to in school (*eyeroll* NOZ!) and my mom is willing (xD She be moody) I will get on.
So it's not always guarunteed. Don't expect it.
Don't say I didn't warn you.

• One of the most important things is that I would want is that I want you to be mature enough to be appropriate. I wouldnt't want my mom to tell me to leave the forums for having curse words or extreme romance on my roleplays. Not only that, but I'm not comfortable with it.
  Please have the dignity to keep everything clean. I would like no swearing or mushy love, but I love violence/action. Just please keep it child-friendly and within the CS rules.
  
  I will never hesitate to tell you if I am uncomfortable with something we are roleplaying.
  
  
• Use as good of grammar as you can in roleplay. You can be kinda lax, but no "omg sd kaity hi". Also, try to be a pretty good roleplayer.
  I really don't mind if you're semi-literate, relaxed, etc., but no two-worders, please!
  
• Be flexible and patient with me.
  I will not always be online, so don't expect it. I will post when I can. If something is wrong, or you don't want to roleplay with me anymore, then don't be afraid to PM me. Don't just leave suddenly, though, and never reply to my messages.
