"Silentgaze? Are you there?" Stormpaw repeted then turned back to Firepaw after a few mintuets of waiting. "Maybe shes out picking herbs..." He guessed.

Firepaw shrugged, "Maybe," He murmured, and sat down, his paws to tired to hold his weight after the fight. He knew that the others needed it more than they did, but he needed to take his mind off of the past events. "Maybe we should speak to Darkstar first," He queried, "About become warriors?"

Stormpaw nodded at his friend. "Alright, lets go see him." He muttered, standing up and waiting for Firepaw to follow him.

Firepaw hauled himself back up onto his paws, and followed the tom to the other side of the clearing, taking a wide berth around Mistystream's body. He quickened his pace so that he could walk side by side with Stormpaw, matching him step for step as they climbed up rocky wall face to his den. "Darkstar...?" He called warily through the entrance, not daring yet to enter.

"May we talk to you?" Stormpaw asked. Its like every one is ingoring them today.

Firepaw let a defeated sigh escape his maw, it was as if he was left alone in the world after the dog attack. He was great full for his friends presence, but it would've been nice to have the support of the rest of the clan behind them, as well. The need to speak with Darkstar wasn't urgent, though it seemed like a better time than many to address the situation. "Maybe.... Blazefeather...?" He suggested. Yes, she had retired, but her wisdom was still as strong as any leader. Plus, it would be nice to confide in the elder cat.

"Sure, that old cat will know what to do, I guess." Stormpaw meowed, amusment in his eyes and then he trotted over to the other side of the clearing to the elders den with Firepaw.

Firepaw smiled softly in response to his friend's comment. Blazefeather always knew what to do, but then suddenly, he began to wonder what it was he needed her wisdom for. The loss of Mistystream? The warrior ceremony? How to deal with the anger? He didn't know any more... By the time the thought crossed his mind, they were already at the elder's den, and it was too late to turn back now. "Blazefeather?" He called softly, not wanting to wake him if he slept.

Zinniapaw darted from one cat to another, amazed to finally be called the medicine cat's apprentice. She had a pretty good head for herbs, learning most of them when she was sick in the medicine cat's den as a kit. She made sure to check on as many cats as she could whilst Silentgaze was with Darkstar.
