"That's cute, but you're going to have to try harder than that to convince me to trust you," she crossed her arms across her chest, making sure her necklace was showing, her symbol of power. Maybe I'm being to harsh, she thought. She smiled at John momentarily, then snapped her fingers by his ear to get his attention again. "What do you mean things have been getting a bit weird?"
