Okay I have a question about art programs :

I am an artist at an adoptable place here on CS (Chibi Park owned by TheNightsIllusion) but I cannot create litters because I lost my GIMP (Windows 8 doesn't support GIMP, and that is the only thing I have on BOTH my computers) Does anyone have any other free programs they have that could be used to colour in pixels but has other layers that can be added as well?

I spent an hour making my new avatar. T-T It's so beautiful. I used one of my class doodles and sketched over it to make it.

Do you prefer Oekaki or a different drawing program? If a different one, then which?

Oekaki is alright, but I prefer Gimp or photoshop I find it easier to use layers and it has better brushes...

Not sure how many of you have heard of MyPaint... no I don't mean MSPaint. It was my main program to use for about a year or so. Now I'm moving more into just using SAI. I hate the lack of brushes though. :I

The program that I use to use before I got SAI was Paint.NET

I know a lot of people think Gimp is better but hey, it's free and it works! Or you could try pixlr.com
