Firepaw nodded curtly, wondering what their warrior names would be. Half of him wanted his name to honour Mistystream's, but he knew that that wouldn't be aloud. "And the kits apprentices..."

"You know you can request warrior name!" Stormpaw meowed.

Firepaw tilted his head to the side, and drew his gaze away from Mistystream once again. "Really?" He replied, raising an eyebrow. "Well, if you could chose your warrior name, what would it be?"

Twilightpaw felt his muscles tense and release with every fluent, explosive stride, rippling under his pelt of midnight. The apprentice was in hot pursuit of a rabbit and could scent it, veering to the right to follow his intended prey. Each stride caused the balance of the chase to tip toward the young Tom. Heart pounding. Blood screaming. Paws blurred in the flurry... Bang! The Rabbit's small body smashed into the ground as it experienced brief torture before it's spine was cracked - Twilightpaw had succeed.
