I am SO sorry about not writing more. My mom has dragged us out to almost every pet store we've been to, so I've had to sneak on CS. Right now is about the only time I'll be able to write an entry (and tomorrow, of course!!), but I can't do that ATM. I still need to record my lines. So... more soon, I promise. :3

Finished my lines. Listening to Carrie Underwood. Here we go.

I sat away from the stage. Oh wait, didn't mention it, did I? Well, we're where Mom promised I could stay... IF her friends agreed. I prayed they would. I couldn't STAND my father anymore.
The speaker smiled, and clapped for the dog on the stage when she finished singing.

And thank you, Miss Mazie, our honored guest, for singing with us tonight! the dog called out. Mazie smiled shyly and waved.

About my mother's age, maybe? Probably a bit younger, though.
Mom stepped up to the stage, smiling. The dog smiled. The crowd stirred for a second, as the two talked softly to each other. Finally, the dog walked away, and Mom went up to the mic.
Well! We have a VERY unexpected guest! Back for the first time in years, is Rose!
I smiled for Mom. Her eyes gleamed, and everyone clapped and cheered.
Sorry for not being here in a while. The noise died down. But, while I was away, I wrote two new songs. One was before I left. I'll do the one that I wrote while I was away, and then I'll do the song that I wrote while I saw here!! Everyone clapped, and Mom sighed. She shut her eyes.

I stared at Mom. Never in my life had I heard her sing!! The crowd clapped wildly, and then she glanced back, and motioned with her paw, and a dog walked back onto the stage. I recognized her from TV when Dad forced me to watch it. It was Aly. The BEST singer there!!!

I nearly died when I screamed with everyone else. Mom smiled, and looked at her friend, who nodded.

The crowd clapped, and Mom and Aly smiled.

I smiled, clapping. Mom caught my eye, then mouthed, Wait for me.
The crowd cleared up, and I walked towards Mom, grinning.
Mom, you were awesome! And so were you, Aly!
Aly smiled, then looked at Mom. So, this is your daughter Feather, I assume?
Correctly guessed, Mom said, ruffling my bangs. I narrowed my eyes at her, and Aly smiled.
Come on, Feather! I'll let you meet my friends! I think you'll fit right in, too...

I stared around the the place that just emptied out.
Wow... Its bigger when no one is here!
Aly lauhed. Yeah... It is. Alright... Feather, do you like to sing?
Mom answered that for me. Oh, yes she does!
Aly grinned. Will you sing something for me? It can be anything - from your mother's song, the song Rose and I sang together, or anything you can think of. Maybe even a song you heard that we didnt write!
I sighed, thinking. Should i do Mom's...? Then i had an idea. A song was forming in my head.
