Presumably, yes, but I don't exactly know much about it, because I haven't been Rares Listing for long. (The first time I was posted here was around last month) Isn't the October List going to be added or something?

i find the number of toxics has gone up while the demand has gone way down.

I haven't seen the demand of the toxics go down..everything is hard to trade now a days, not just the toxics.

What about the Mustard Advent what affect does that pet have over the list??

'big' changes. There will just be normal changes. Few pets moved up, few pets moved down. The Octobers list won't be added until it's done, which it's not.
