Singers on CS ~ New and in need of mini-mods!

Hey, guys. Haven't posted in awhile ^^ Anyway, I'm thinking of singing If This Was A Movie or Love Story soon. On youtube, I mean. But yeah, right now I'm curling my hair with a sock xD I tuned my guitar today, and I'm learning a few chords. When I get better, I really wanna try and write my own songs, or play a few Taylor Swift songs.

Write your own songs, maybe write about something that's very close to you. A friend wrote a song in memory of her Grandmother, and everyone was crying!! (well apart from her boyfriend, as he was playing the guitar for her in this song! XD)

The top level of my choir (I'm in the level just below) recently went on tour to India. They also did a musical this year in collaboration with the Lookingglass theater company at the Harris Theater in Chicago. The musical, Sita Ram, was an adaption of an Indian story, so they performed a few of the songs from the musical in India and it was very well-received. I think I'll just leave this video here:

That's amazing! ouo The furthest my choir's gone from our home in New York (the state, not the city) is to Hawaii, and I heard that was an amazing trip. As for the trips I've been on, we've been to Washington DC, where I sang a solo verse of the Battle Hymn of the Republic on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, and Pittsburgh. Both trips were way fun, and we're going to Boston this June.

Oh wow! I live in a really small town with an equally small school (Think 150 students to a grde, and that's the complete maximum.). The school chorus is about 70 something members strong, and that one rarely goes anywhere. The chorus I'm really proud of is the Amadeus Chorale (look us up if you'd like, it's a lovely little group.) We're a select group, so it's pretty tiny. This year, I think there's about... 7-9 high school boys, 11 high school girls, and just under 20 younger kids.

Also I sing in foreign languages...French, Jerriais, German and Esperanto I can sing without learning pronouciation off a track. I have one channel where I only cover in Esperanto, and all the songs I have translated myself!
