Maybe I Can't...

...because letting go would be too much to take

First let me start by saying this drawing came out of nowhere.
I started drawing hair, and suddenly I had this.. thing..

Anyways, the red thing is a balloon (a very disfigured balloon).
It's terrible, I know ;-;
