Adderstrike limps into camp and flops down in the medicine cat den, heaving as he tries to breathe.

Silentpaw rushes to him and starts treating his wounds and applying herbs frantically.

Tinycloud pricked her ears. She smelt blood. Padding from the nursery she found her paws taking her to the medicine den. She almost shrieked in horror. "Adderstrike!" She dove forward, but didn't groom him not wanting to mess up the herbs.
