Spadepaw stretched and sat up in his nest. He scratched his ear, looked over at Emberpaw's nest, before walking out of the den to get some food.

Sycamorekit looked around and listened. His ears twitched slightly and he blinked silently before he walked after his sisters.

Deathfire yawned and stretched. She'd need to move into the nursery soon but not today, she had work to do and she had to talk to Darkstar about assigning a temporary deputy.

Emberpaw was already in the clearing, watching the clan carefully. She warmed up her pelt, turning the normally tortoiseshell fur orange for a moment as a bright and warm flame spread through her fur.

Iriskit moved on quickly as she neared the edge of the forest but a sound screached from above and a halk charged at the kits.

Sirenkit rolled away as she dodged the halks claws.

Harmonystream woke in the nursery.

Sycamorekit hissed and sprang at the hawk. His brown fur melted away and his form changed from a small kit to large and angry panther. He bared his fangs at the hawk and growled. Apparently he wasn't powerless anymore.

Sirenkit cheered on, "WOOOO!" they were far away from camp now and no one could hear them.

Iriskit cheered too but from the edges of the small clearing so she didnt get hurt. She was so happy for him.

Sycamorekit growled and slashed at the hawk.

Sirenkit giggled a bit before hopping in, "Watch your ears!" she warned before sending out a high pitched siren to disoriant the halk.

Iriskit covered her ears.

Sycamorekit's ears pressed against his head and growled softly. His tail flicked and he looked around.
