And that´s also the reason why Grell got emotionally interested in Will after they fought.
Because he DID something! He finally stopped sitting aroung and being bullied - he showed that he has power, too. That he can have emotions and transform them into actions. And I think that´s why Grell keeps on teasing Will - he wants him to act out of emotion again. To show them.
