Kiba could not help but smirk like the Devil, he was more than impressed. Not only did she know her stuff, she loved to chomp on the meat he chomped on. He was ready to melt he was so into her. "So, should we go find Sakura?"

SAKURA HARUNO

"But what truly horsey girls discover in the end is that
boyfriends, husbands, children, and careers are the substitute-for horses"

"Naruto, follow Hinata and go to the barn. I'm going to text my Aunt. No one is allowed to mount until she's here and has told everyone the rules of the ring. She'll be giving a lesson to you, Hinata and whoever else is riding a school horse. I'll be spectating the borders out front in the jumping paddock."
For the first few days, riders would be split up by skill. Newbies with Mrs. Jessica, experienced riders with Sakura, Uncle Chuck or anybody else who knows the farm inside and out. Then things would merge and they would do activities like gymkhana and trail rides after everyone settles in.

NARUTO UZUMAKI

"Okay! Who am I gonna ride?" Naruto piped.
"We'll decide that in a bit. Just go down there and find a helmet in the tack room that fits!" Sakura commanded.
Naruto gave a thumbs up and bolted down towards the barn after Hinata, hoping he wasn't gonna be assigned to a grumpy horse. But he sure didn't want a dinky pony either!

Ino Yamanaka

"I'm pretty sure she's busy." Ino said, her light blue eyes glancing over to where Sakura was texting. To be honest, she didn't really want to talk to Sakura. She knew that would start riding after all the new riders were fitted to a horse and that was going to be a little while. Right now, for some odd reason, she wanted to be with Kiba and just hang out, it was "fun". It was just one of those weird feelings right? The ones you have when you get all hyper but you don't want to show it? But that didn't explain the light blush that always came to her face when the brunette laughed or smiled. When he got flustered it was funny but normally she, herself, would get flustered with the friend. It seemed as though she could be herself around Kiba, not needing to make sure she had gentle movements, perfect language, and be just perfect.

Hinata Hyūga

Hinata got to the tack room, swung around the corner, and closed the door of the tack room. Her face was still a tad pinkish and her heart raced, knowing Naruto could come any second. It was like a game of hide and seek but... did she want to be found? Naruto was.. great... maybe even more than great but... just the sight of him made her feel weird and dizzy. Her legs got wobbly and her face flushed. It was so... odd. Hinata took a breather and then walked over to some tall boots and slipped them on. Maybe she would get the hang of not blushing and freezing up at the sight of Naruto by the end of their stay. She could hope...

"You're sure?" Kiba raised his eyebrows, "Oh, we'll, I'll take yet word for it."
The brunette wasn't quite sure what to do next, they were just standing around on the path between the lodge and the main barn waiting for the "ok" to saddle up. He too wanted to stick with Ino for now, he knew that's how it was gonna be if he and Ino didn't start fighting for some reason like they used to. Kiba hoped he wouldn't have a reason to lose his cool at all this week. The only person he had a suspicion might pick a fight with him was Naruto, but they pushed one another around in a playful manner like that no matter where they were.

SAKURA HARUNO

Sakura sent the "where are you? People are here!" text to her Aunt Jessica and then put her phone in her pocket. She looked around and noticed Kiba and Ino walking in the opposite direction. She didn't feel the need to bother them YET, all she needed to know was if Kiba got Redman in the right stall... but she could check that on the way to the main barn.

NARUTO UZUMAKI

Naruto bolted into the barn, causing one of the horses in a nearby stall to huff nervously.
"Whoops! Sorry, horse!" Naruto apologized, slowing down to a walk, "Hey Hinata, you in here? I was supposed to follow you!"

Ino Yamanaka

Ino looked over at Kiba, actually not sure what to do. Maybe she should have gone over and bothered Sakura. She then looked down at the gravel and kicked a stone. "Maybe we should go bother her then." Ino muttered but then perked up. They were quite a ways away from Sakura and so... they could race! "I'll beat you there." She smirked and then dug her boots in the gravel to push off and she started to race towards the pink haired girl. She stretched her legs and went faster, knowing Kiba was pretty fast.

Hinata Hyūga

Hinata sat on one of the tack boxes and settled herself down when suddenly she heard Naruto barreling down the aisle. No, not now. "Y-yes, I'm h-here." She muttered, twiddling her fingers and touching her toes together in the big boots. A blush went across her face but now she seemed to get control over her emotions a bit better now. She got up, her eyes shifting to where the helmets were. She walked over, making sure to calm herself since her back was now facing the spunky blonde. "Do you need a helmet?" She asked, grabbing a small black helmet for herself.

Kiba wasn't surprised to find Ino challenging him to a race. He'd noticed that whether or not it was on purpose, Ino was attempting to get him to think of her as a guy over a girl.
His reflexes were like lighting and he'd bolted forward almost immediately after Ino had said "race".
It was like the magic word.
Kiba's calves and biceps were doing most of the work as he pushed himself into long, powerful strides. The brunette ran like a stallion galloping full speed with his neck low and his feet stretching out as much as possible. The boy was a freaking race car who's tires made too much noise on the dirt. If Sakura hasn't heard the two sets of feet pounding towards her, Kiba would be forced to clean her ears out with a toothpick. No, really, he seriously wanted Sakura to step out of the way even though she was the finish line. Kiba was at that point where he wasn't going to be able to stop running.
"Heads up, pinkie!" Kiba barked at the target he and Ino were flying straight for.

Sakura whipped around to see the blonde and brunette she'd decided to leave alone SKIDDING STRAIGHT TOWARDS HER.
"Sh*t!" Sakura shrieked, leaping out of the way and accidentally stepping on a poor couple of dandelions, "what the f**k are you guys doing!?!? What's wrong!?" she howled with both worry and excitement.

"Yes! Yes!" Naruto replied, "Is there an orange one? Because it doesn't matter, I brought an orange helmet cover that can go on a helmet whether it's actually orange or not!"

Ino Yamanaka

With Kiba, she flew past Sakura and she was only winning by a little. Hopefully it worked when she widened her step a little more because she didn't look back after she did. She jumped over a bucket and dodged a mud puddle and then finally looked back. She saw that Kiba was gaining on her but it didn't matter because of her poor choice of looking back. Ino suddenly looked forward and right there was a large hay pile. She jumped but it was to big to jump over so she jumped into it, some hay pieces getting tangled in her hair. How embarrassing...

Hinata Hyūga

"Um... I don't think there is one. B-but there is this one." She pulled out a nice looking silver one that seemed to be Naruto's size. She put it out to him, then looking at his face. Hinata had gathered enough confidence to look right at Naruto which was a huge step for her.

Kiba flinched when Ino crashed into the hay stack, he slid to a halt like a reining horse(kicking up a bunch of dirt) but he found it hard not to stifle a laugh. She looked like she'd seen a ghost when she picked her head up off the bale. Trying to be the gentlemen he wasn't, he strolled over to her and just rested his fingers on her back as he asked her, "Crash and burn, huh? You gonna be fine?"

"Ooh! Cool!" Naruto exclaimed, he took the helmet and began to examine it. He noticed a dial on the lower frame of the helmet. The blonde spun it around and then asked, "What's this do?"

Ino Yamanaka

"Yeah, I'm okay." Ino said, her back facing the brunette. She trembled a bit since it was kind of hard for her to mess up in front of Kiba. Now she knew that she couldn't be just out-going and normal with Kiba, she felt like she had to be almost completely perfect... But that was weird since she usually didn't want to impress him. What was she thinking? She held back some tears, got up. and put her long pony-tail over her shoulder to start picking the hay out of it. She then wondered what Sakura thought of her...

"That's to loosen and tighten the helmet." Hinata explained, some of her confidence starting to go down. A blush started to show on her cheek and then she turned her back again and then pretended to look through the helmets.

Kiba found it hard to believe she was as okay as she said she was, considering she was shaky and evasively not looking him in the eyes. This was just body language that pretty much every mammal used to say, 'man, did I just screw up!'
He fluffed up his own hair a little and lifted the entire front side of his shirt up to wipe his sunburnt face. The sweat coming off his brow was making the toasty sunburns on his cheekbones and nose sting like crazy.
Then he remembered Sakura was there staring the two of them down to Hell. She didn't look happy at all. Had they damaged something other than a hay bale and Ino's nicely kept ponytail?
"So uh..." Kiba slowly smoothened his shirt back over his abdomen, "Who won?"

SAKURA HARUNO

"I was too busy avoiding getting run over to tell!!" Sakura snapped, "You had me thinking the parakeet in the lodge got loose when really it was some ditzy race!"
Then her voice softened up when she looked at Ino, the pinkie strolled over to the blondie and chuckled, "Aww Ino-pig, you look like a blonde porcupine!" she giggled as she started helping Ino pluck the bits of hay out of Ino's top.

NARUTO UZUMAKI

"Oh! So all these helmets technically fit everyone if we can just spin this thing?" Naruto lifted the helmet up and put it on his head, it was so loose it fell forward when he let go. "Okay, gotta spin it the other way then!"
He was quite amused by the new 'helmet technology' and spent quite a while playing with the dial until the helmet was comfy. The blonde buckled the helmet and took out his phone so he could take a picture of himself to see how the helmet looked!
