Sprucekit's head drops, "I'm sorry momma." He murmurs. He sees a new cat and trots to her. "Hi!" He says and sits down next to her.

Tinycloud layed down in her nest and pulled all five kits into the best, dragging Rosey out. "You all get some rest." She said to them gently.

Pricklekit instantly began to nurse, hunger rumbling in his stomach.

Sprucekit nods and starts to nurse with his brother.

Pricklekit drifted off to sleep as he was in the middle of nursing.


Tinycloud smiled down at the drowsy kits. She began to groom the frightened Rosey.

Sprucekit blinks at Rosey and curls up against her, purring at her warmth. He drifts off to sleep with his head on her back.

Ashkit, since she had been sleeping for a long time, stayed awake. She looked up to her mother and meowed pitifully. "I've been waiting in here the entire day for you! I missed you." Ashkit put back her ears in disappointment.

Sprucekit wakes up with a yawn and bats his sister. "Shut up!" He snaps.

"Alright then Ashkit. How about a story?" She asked the young kit, feeling tired herself.

"I want to hear a story!" Sprucekit squeals.

Rainpelt curled around her kits, sleeping and purring.
