Brightleaf padded through the forest with Vineclaw by her side. Together they had caught a chipmunk, a mouse, and a scrawny rabbit. It wasn't much, but any contribution helped this leaf-bare. Brightleaf nuzzled Vineclaw gently, ignoring the chipmunk in her jaws. She purred slightly as they walked through the woods.

Vinclaw looked down at her and then at the forest I font of him.he purred happily as the padded next to each other pelts brushing.

Before they entered the fern tunnel, Brightleaf touched noses lovingly with her new mate. They padded through the fern tunnel and she tossed her kill on the pile.

(Sorry guys! I was watching the super bowl and talking to my boyfriend, lol. Pretend FalconClaw is a super cool tom and left them alone to do their thaaang ;D and he went hunting on his own)

Falconclaw padded back to camp with a skinny vole and a mouse, dropping them in the freshkill pile. He sighed, looking down at the meager pile of prey. "There'll be lots of empty bellies for the rest of this leafbare." He murmured, turning away from the delicious looking food.

Sunpaw grinned and bounded through the woods beside Rabbitpaw. The cold leaf-bare wind ruffled his fur, making him shiver, but he ignored it. He felt so happy, so free, without the tiring duties and extra responsibilities of being a medicine cat holding him back. Everything seemed perfect to him, and he didn't think anything could ever change that.

Bramblepath curled around his kits, not sure what to do. He couldn't ignore it any more, he had to face the reality that Lynxshadow was gone and she wasn't coming back. Someone would have to take care of them, and he wouldn't suit the position. The fact that he was helpless to caring for his own kits killed him inside, but he had to accept it and find a queen with extra milk. "Owlwing, you're kits are dead, and I'm sorry, but would it be too much if you cared for my kits, just until they leave the nursery?" Bramblepath was desperate, and he was praying that Owlwing would agree.

Now that Owlwing's kits had gone and been buried, she looked up from her nest in the nursery and nodded silently. "Yeah, that's fine" she answered quietly, her heart fluttering once he had asked her the question. She quickly groomed her belly and softened the nest she lay in and began purring instinctively. She would miss Lynxshadow's company and stifled a tear.

{ umm...I don't really know....I think for one of them you should do _____lynx, or maybe for mine I won't so Littlekit and I will do something else. Okay, so my kit will be Lynxkit-Lynxpaw-Lynxheart. For the brown tabby Tom with black paws, You could do Bearkit-Bearpaw-Bearstep/Bearfoot. Just an idea. For the other Tom, I would say golden kit-Goldenpaw-Goldenspots/but we already have Goldenwhisker. :c ummm.....Spottedkit-Spottedpaw-Spottedpelt? That's rather feminine though. Idk that's a hard one.

Um....i'll do The Brown tabby as Bearkit and the Golden one as Goldkit=Goldpaw=Goldstripe..? o3o



Bearkit whimpered and mewled, Crawling to Owlwing... He looked up at her blindly and mewled again.. He cried out loudly,Nosing to her stomach softly..

Goldkit quietly crawled to Owlwing, Laying beside his brother..

Owl wing gently placed a ginger foreleg over the two kits that had crawled over to her and continued purring, waiting for the last to come by. She couldn't help the purring - it was natures way of guiding the kittens to her. She looked up thoughtfully at Bramblepath - he'd make an amazing father to these kits.
