What Rayquaza said was most likely true, whatever was in the staff that controlled Kyurem before was probably upgraded in someway or they found a way to use it so they could control more pokemon. They probably even no longer used a staff, they might be using some kind of machines, or multiple machines incase one breaks down or if just one machine doesn't have the power to control a lot of pokemon. Reshiram nodded "They probably use something else now instead of a staff, I don't believe something like that can contain this much power. Anyways, I think we need to ask the other legendaries to help with this, the only ones I know who are trying to find Team Plasma are me, you and I think Arcues was going to look for them as well but I don't think the other legendaries are trying to find them"

Latios tilted his head, then realizing that he was tagged he made his way over Latias so he could tag her.

Latios sped up even more, he was very close to Latias but not close enough to tag her.

Latias giggled and suddenly ducked underneath latios and flew in the opposite direction.

Latios blinked and stopped, wondering where Latias went. He then spotted her behind him, and realized that she changed direction. He watched his sister for a moment before chasing after her again.
