Lily studied the girl's hand for a moment or two with skeptical eyes before slowly taking her hand and shaking it. "Lily." She wasn't usually a person to have long conversations with because she had an emotional wall inside her that blocked her from other people.

Lily nodded, taking her mocha and going awkwardly to sit down at a table by herself. She didn't want to be standing at the counter in case someone else came to order. She tugged Piper along with her and set the skunk in her lap once she sat down.

Cayge walked around town alone, wondering what he should do for the day. He had an urge to play hopscotch, but he didn't have any chalk to draw the lines, and hopscotch wasn't as fun if you didn't have anyone to play it with.
