Dante smiled, rubbing his muzzle against hers. "Your so beautiful..I can't believe I managed to get someone like you as a mate." he chuckled.

Star giggled."Good, it mights been a mutt." But a wolf? Lucky tail!" She sighed."How will we tell the others?" Then looked at him."Lets not tell anyone... yet."

'Yea..we'd better not..." Dante said, thinking of what Shark might say or do if he found out. He had noticed the way Shark had looked at Star, and knew what was probably coming.

(( Dante and Star have agreed to become mates, but their not going to say anything about it to the team. Other than that nothing vital really happened, everyone is still where they were when you left off. ))

Star noticed too."Oh Shark, He is my best friend always." She looked at Dante with a smile."But I love you."

Dante sighed, nuzzling her. Would they be separated? He wouldn't put it past Shark to challenge him for Star's affections if he really wanted her... What if their love wasn't enough to keep them together? What if he lost? No. He couldn't bear the thought of that...he'd rather die than lose her...

Star watched him."Dont worry. I'll never-" She was cut off by the scuffling of paws and claws. A wolf burst out of the bushes behind them. The wolf's eyes were dazed and scared."Star!!! Dante!!"

Dante flattened his ears, stepping protectively in front of Star. "Who are you?" he growled, surprise and anger in his tone.

"Star! Help. We need you!" The wolf said despertly. It was a girl wolf. She had the same white fur and blue eyes as Star's.
