"You don't, I will. It's just practice. I'll catch a rabbit and you have to immobilize it," Chako explained, happy to be teaching them again and have her mind off all those deaths.

"Immobilize?" Teru was confused again. "What does that mean?"
Fuji shrugged. "It probably means 'Teru is a dork'."

Rako cocked his head. "Beett? Waa Beett?" (Beta? Whats beta?) He barked loudly at Rai, grinning feebly.

"Fuji, that's not polite. It means to stop it from moving," She continued.


"It means after the alpha dies, you become alpha," Rai explained kindly.

Hakuri slowly walked back to Ink's grave, making sure that everyone saw him. He lifted his leg and urinated on the grave while growling horribly, then turned and trotted back off to Yara's body. "I'll kill him for you, if he ever comes back." He sighed, lying down beside his dead friend.

"But that's mean!" Fuji cried, "I don't like you anymore!"

Rako cocked his head further. "Meee beett? Nuuu. Neva. " (Me, beta? No, never.) He shook his head, looking up at Rai. "Nuu lyyyy." (No lying.)

"This is so you can survive!" Chako barked, "You don't have to if you don't want to."

Rai slammed into Hakuri, "Don't yo DARE insult that pup!!"

"Can't we eat grass or something?" Fuji protested, pinning her ears back.
"Geez Fuji, you're such a wimp!" Teru growled at Fuji.
"Says you, crybaby!" Fuji snapped at him.
"At least I'm not two inches tall!" Teru snapped back at Fuji.
"At least I'm not one hundred feet tall!" Fuji snarled, raising her hackles.
"You want a slap?!" Teru bared his little fangs at his sister, feeling sudden hostility to her.
Fuji slammed in to her brother, knocking him off his paws. "SHUT UP!"
"Your ass must be as big as your gob! Make sure you tighten it up so you don't leak poo everywhere!" Teru growled, pouncing on Fuji.

"What? It's his fault that Yara is dead. He's just a stupid kid, he doesn't mean anything to the pack." Hakuri snapped at Rai. He wasn't normally like this, but he was being driven by rage.

"CUT IT OUT!!" Chako yelled, clouting both of them behind the ears.

"Yara went to save him! If he didn't think Ink was wroth it, he wouldn't of rescued him!" Rai snarled. Hakuri was making things difficult for himself. What a pain.

Fuji and Teru kept on arguing, even though Chako was shouting at them. Teru grabbed Fuji by her tail and swung her in to the den walls violently, then threw her out of the den. As Teru ran out of the den to pounce on her again, Fuji jumped out at him and bit his muzzle in anger. The two were locked in a flurry of fur and claws, neither of them wanted to stop. They fell in to the river and carried on fighting, unable to control their anger towards eachother.

"It was probably because he was an 'cute, innocent little puppy'." Hakuri growled.
