I would get rid of both of the rats, and add a 2010 rare. But please do get a second opinion.

EDIT: I know it's unfair. I DON'T know which of the dog/rats would be fair. I approached them to obtain the rabbits. Very kindly they are letting me seek assistance before taking ALL the pets. I need to know if 1 rare rat is =; or if 1 VR rat is =; or if both rats is =; or if the dog is =; or if some other combination is fair. Please.

@Tawk - Thank you. Rat is only 2010 rare I have, and other party has signified willingness to accept rats. (So easter dog and 2010 rat?)
