Shatteredstep hissed under her breath, "Ugh," She murmured as Moonfang moved forward. "Toms!" She moved forward to stand between the two quarrelling cats. She did not wish to let a fight break out. "Calm down," She breathed soothingly into Moonfang's ear, "As a Medicine Cat, my purpose here is peace, and nothing else." She then turned to face the other tom, sitting between the two, and gazed at him warmly. "Sun Clan is the name of our home," She began to explain, "It is filled with many cats. Four clans live in the forest, Sun Clan, Dawn Clan, Dusk Clan, and Twilight Clan. Between the four Clans, the forest is divided into equal portions. This part of the forest, is Sun Clan territory. We understand that you would wish to venture from your fence on occasion, but we must make it clear that this is not your place." Her voice had managed to remain calm the whole time, in hopes to sooth his spirits.

Foxstar let out a mrrow of laughter, and nodded. "Then we will start!" He led the way out of the apprentice's den, and through the entrance. Without waiting to see if Leafpaw was following, he continued the worn down path towards the training-field. Oak trees surrounded a sandy clearing that dipped down slightly around the edges. Each edge was lined neatly with rocks, also making an ideal arena. He led her to the centre, and then sat facing the entrance, his tail wrapped neatly around his paws. "Attack me." He ordered his apprentice.

Bandit shrugged and continued eating. "Suit yourself." He murmured through a mouthful of fresh-kill. Once he had finished, he hauled himself up onto his paws, and licked his lips in satisfaction. "I guess I'll be leaving," He announced, turning towards the edge of the border. Before he crossed it, he looked over his shoulder at the she-cat, his eyes filled with amusement, "Maybe next time we meet, you'll be to actually hit something." And with that, he vanished into the bracken, and crossed the border.
