Shiver Glaze entered town carefully, as she wasn't used to being around an abundance of ponies. She quickly dashed out of the outskirts, motioning Boots to follow as she looked for a supply shop.

Darkhooves have a slightly sarcastic laugh. "Heh, not as many as me," he muttered, tightening his large wing around her as a cold breeze hit his face like a punch.

Shatters face began to get a light pink color to it. As Darkhooves wrapped his wing tighter around her, Shatters face began to get a heavier red. "What are you doing?"

Darkhooves flattened his ears and shook his head back and forth. "The wind is really cold on my face," he muttered. "So I thought you might be cold too." He shrugged, looking over at her with squinted eyes.
