Seems about fair, if you value the 09 rares at 20C$ each. (And even then they'd be overpaying.) It's hard to value C$ because each user will pay differently, since it's their choice on what to do with their money. c: I pay 30C$ for late 09 rares and 35C$ for early ones, which you can compare to if that helps.
