Snake looked about the forest, feeling oddly comfortable within his surroundings. He knew that this sort of feeling of safety was misguided, as one was never particularly safe in a forest. Because Snake came from Elm Street, however, a tranquil forest like this one appeared much safer. "Well, I think that, honestly, I'd prefer to camp out around here. Maybe we should explore some?" He meowed, trying to cover up the silence that'd grasped the scene so completely. "That doesn't mean I won't want to go back to the city to try and find some softer, more blanket-y bedding that's been thrown out, though," he added after a moment.

Zoe's eyes widening, anticipation filling up inside her. Her ears perked up, as well as her posture. "Explore? Why sure!!" Her voice was packed with enthusiasm, a tone Snake probably hadn't heard before.

Snake couldn't help but smile a bit with the she-cat's enthusiasm, a feeling previously believed absent from the she-cat. "What'd ya prefer to look for first," he meowed, getting up from his haunches.

Zoe shrugged. "I have no clue. I'm all out of ideas," she meowed, hoping Snake would suggest something exciting.

Snake shrugged and suggested, "water's always a good idea to locate. I think I heard a river back a ways, we could follow it and see if it leaded to anything."

"Alright, but I'm not getting in. The water's most likely freezing, plus I don't go in often. My swimming skills aren't so hot," Zoe let the tom know, brushing herself off. "Don't worry though, I'm good at most of the things I do," she added, sounding quite cocky.

Zoe's ear twitched. "What's so funny?" she asked, perking her hard head to the side.

He smiled, "If you want me to call you Alexa than I will. If you want me to call you Scarlett I will." He mewed softly. He licked her mane in a soothing way.
