Slipclaw smiled and ran off towards the lake.

Seapaw chased after Slipclaw, glad to feel the wind in her fur. As she whizzed past trees and shrubs, she couldn't help but notice that the strange ghost-shapes were once again absent. Whenever she was with Slipclaw, they would usually vanish, but it was still such a relieving surprise.

Slipclaw skidded to a halt by the lake. His paws banged into a rock and he was sent flying over it. He landed with a splash in the lake. He stood, the water was sort of shallow. "Ow.." He said, shaking water off his head.

[Pharaoh]

Seapaw laughed. "Your name fits!" she teased as she ran into the water after him.

[Moved </3 D:]

Tigerclaw grinned. "Yeah. A few field mice here, but rabbits are the main catch. Glad you can get mice too, though. Now go off and catch me three rabbits and one field mouse if you can find one." He said with a grin.

Honeyleaf shrugged. "Seems like it wouldn't be unwelcome. I've got nothing to live for." The way she spoke, the way she held herself, it was all changing. Even the dull, stupid haze over her eyes was gone. She was completely changed, and just by a little water. A veil of childhood law had been removed.

Stonefoot shrugged. "I know lots of things. Let's see... you're having fun?" He suggested with a stupid grin.

"Honeyleaf, no." Sparrowpelt murmured, sitting up. He looked at her, confusion and pain glowing brightly in his green eyes. He knew she was hurt by his actions with Dappleflight.

Sagewhisker laughed, smiling. "Yes, but, thats not what I was going to say." She murmured, smiling.

Slipclaw laughed and ducked under water. He swam until he couldn't hold his breath anymore, and he came up, gasping in air.

[Pharaoh]

Stonefoot shook his head. "Then I don't know." He admitted in a funny tone, looking deep into her eyes. "What is it?"

Seapaw laughed, shaking her head and jumping at Slipclaw with a fierce roar.

Honeyleaf shrugged. "Nothing much matters, you know. All the rules of life. They're all here to keep us from living. We're raised to be daft ad stupid, not to see the real world. Do what you want. Have fun. Because when it's all over, said, and done, we'll have no regrets." She looked up at Sparrowpelt, smiling. "And I'll start by saying how stupid and ugly you really are." She spat at him again, laughing a little before coughing up some water. "All the happy little toms and their awestruck dames, but they're all blind to what a cat is really like." She rolled her eyes and lay down, belly fully exposed and completely unafraid. "I'm over you, Sparrowpelt, because I can finally see. See how embarrassing you are. How idiotic everyone is." She sat up again, licking her paw and then looking deeply into his eyes. "Watch your back, big guy. You've got lots of friends and enemies. And you'll just make more enemies for other innocent fools."

Slipclaw cried in mock horror, diving under the water.

Seapaw laughed, coming up to the surface to drink in the rich air. She turned to see a lone figure standing on the shore, but tried to ignore it. She knew it wasn't there. She hated seeing things, it truly did ruin her night. Sitting up, she sighed, shaking herself and sending ripples all throughout the water. She looked down at where Slipclaw had vanished, feeling the fun of the evening wash away with the pained memory of her own burden. She looked out silently at the water, wondering, pondering.
