Any artist has the right to charge what they feel for their artwork. If you don't want to pay the fee, then that's your issue, not the artists'. I also charge this same value for my adoptables, as has Chia before with previous artwork, and i'm very sure there are others doing the same within Adoptable oekaki and Art for Pets. You could perhaps have worded your comment a little better, I don't think you would appreciate this sort of comment on something you did.
